ok, so weird hetalia related story. I got a haircut on tuesday for my BB/L cosplay. and earlier I put on my kitty ears because they looked lonely. I went to brush my teeth, and noticed a strand of hair that stuck straight up, then split into two opposing curls.

Some times when I get up in the morning or if I've had the wind blowing in my hair or something, I get a piece of hair sticking up like America's. XD Or if my hair is really messed up I'll get an Italy curl.

China - Clarine Harp (Colonel Mary Spencer from Trinity Blood & Sei from Brust Angel)

Hmmm, I think China might take some getting used to.

While they did have a girl voicing China in the english dub (which is good), she happens to have a deeper voice. This makes China sound like a boy, a lot. Which I don't mind. However there are some cases where he sounds like a girl

If anything the main problem with China's voice, is that he sounds older. But when you think about it, that actually fits well. China is suppose to be one of the oldest of the nations in Hetalia. So this tone does suit that aspect of the character.

I also found out the VA is actually Chinese, so we shouldn't have to worry to much about China's accent.

Now before you fans start rioting...they did NOT keep in the "Aru" lines.

Why?

Because apparently that "Aru" line, is actually a japanese joke. The Japanese beleive that the Chinese say it at the end of every line. This is why they did not including it in the dub. Since the dub was made so that other countries could understand it, and understand its jokes.

Most countries won't know what the "Aru" line means, or why its there if they included it. So they took it out to avoid confusion.

Overall I'm actually ok with China's voice. It will take some getting used to for the consitant sounding of the boy/girl tones this VA seem's to have. But aside from that I'm good.

LAWL that was actually my least favorite line in that clip. xD

I don't like the way she sounds in that bit.

However I like how she sounds from (0:25 - 0:39). xD

I think after watching that clip, I'm kinda starting to feel okay about his voice. XD Not bad. I agree with Gil, I like how it sounds from (0:25-:39). XD And like Break said I thought the last part was pretty funny.

Am I the only one who thought chibi Japan was adorable in that clip? <333

I think it's ok... Gil's right, it'll take getting used to, and I don't think I like China as much in a fangirl-y way anymore...

When I heard France I pictured Kyoua from Oura with a French accent. xD

lol could be hm too actually i think J.micheal tatum will make a good sebb in Black butler XD but yeah so far i like the voices in hetalia
