Chapter 59

Elli!!!!!!!!!!! No, so our hopes are gone. T.T I spent the whole day mourning for Elliot (yes, I dressed all in black and got annoyed everytime someone asked why) and then I get to know that it was for a reason. I didn't feel anything on his death (the same with many other characters) but I'm sad since Elliot was my favourite character, and had a rather interesting personality and story. Knowing him it's still difficult to accept he died like that, but now there is no hope left. So, is this the first important character that we see dying in PH?

Sadly, yes. But I think he isn't exactly dead. Maybe he was just sent in the Abyss?
Because there's a 75% chance that he would survive even though Elliot rejected the HD. IMO though. O:

I hope you're right, but I'd better not hope too much (everytime I hope something will happen it ends up to be exactly the contrary) Now I'm getting worried about Vince, I wonder what will happen to him.

Now I remembered something, if Elliot is in the Abyss, and he manages to get out we'll probably not see him, Oz got out 10 years later and Break 100, I guess there is a low probability of Elliot getting out on his own time.

Hmm... something went wrong with the Abyss, that's why it's become such a twisted place. So maybe if the problem is solved and the flow of time in the Abyss returns to normal, Elliot will be able to return? ^^;;;;; Well T__T. But probably many future events will take place in the Abyss, or places that are related to the Abyss, so maybe.....

Man....this chapter made me die a little inside @___@ such a sad chapter....and to think, Elliot was only in the series for just over 30 chapters....and he died when he was only 16....

Ugh, now that you mention that he died when he was only 16 T__T It's just.... T__T.
And about the 30 chapters, as I told you, Yura is even worse ^^;; He died after 12 chapters ^^;;;;;; People! We should feel sad for Yura as well! (Ugh T___T.)

Yeah.....its just sad to think about it.....he didnt get the chance to live out his life D=
I do feel bad for him xD; I mean, i do have some sadness for him, since i RP him.....xD;;

Just read it and its very sad. My theory for everything will make it all worse.

Sadly, I agree with Vincent's theory.
They said that rejecting a chain meant DEATH,... for both.

I-im so sorry Leo.....I-i dont like the idea either.....i was crying a bit after i sent it as well.....

This afternoon at another forum (it's a Grand Chase forum, don't know why we started discussing PH) we started discussing this last chapter, there were like 4 or 5 PH fans there and they were talking about what would happen. Most of them think Elliot is dead, and guess what, three of them actually said to hate Vincent (that's and offense!!!!!!) But quitting the nonsense. I read Elli's post and, no, just no, if that happens I don't know what I will do. The idea is acceptable but I think that it's enough for a character to die once, if Elliot comes back forgetting about Leo he won't be Elliot anymore. T_T.

Also, there were some characters we discussed on this other forum and I thoguht I'd share. (It's only my post but you guys can guess the rest).

"Elliot's death was a sad fact since he was a character with a rather interesting personality, one of the few in PH actually, no offenses, the series are great and the plot is just perfect but when you look at some characters you start to think if it was really Mochizuki-san who created them.

Oh well, moving on for the real topic, there is still a very low possibility of Elliot being alive, but holding on to it won't help in anything since, as many said, Elliot seemed to have "passed his time", even though I think he never got to be a useless character it may have been his time. As a writer Mochizuki-san must have had some difficulties in ending Elli's life, as I could see his death took quite a while to happen what probably meant she wanted to keep him alive for more time, if no one here have noticed writer's also get attached to their characters(even though she is a mangaka the reality doesn't change).

About Leo, I'm not really sure he will side with the Baskervilles, he could see them as one of the causes of Elliot's death, if you analize the situation carefully Leo will have motives to hate the whole world right now so I think I'd better not make any assumptions about him.

Another detail that called my attention was Vincent, he seemed rather relaxed to be dealing with the situation of life or death of his adoptive brother, he was actually smiling if I saw correctly. I'm pretty sure he has something under his sleeve and it's not siding with the Baskervilles, he's probably using them for his own purposes, that we won't get to know until next month. T.T Vincent is another interesting character with a distorted and unpredictable personality, I expected the next chapters to focus a bit more on him instead of Leo.

Break is someone who must be near his end, I think he will be kept alive until the past is revealled, not after that, but I also love Break and wish he wouldn't die so soon like Elli."

They thought Leo would have some parts on the next chapters and that Break was probably nearing his end as well, they were also saying that it was time for Elli to dye, that he had lost his importance, but I guess I'm always the one to disagree with people. o.o

Elliot has lost his importance???? I disagree with that as well >< Well I do hope we'll know a bit more about Vincent's motive. About Leo, I don't know... I never know what's really in his head...

I'm excited to see what's in store for Leo.
I mean, he started as this kinda, I don't wanna say MINOR, but a character that seemed to be Elliot's servant, and just that.
Now it's all like, "OHMYGOD LEO!" and stuff,

And no way, Elliot's gonna live ON!
We just can't forget him!
