MAR: Pozun and the Baby

Chapter 1

It was a bright sunny day in the world of MAR. The sky was bright and blue. The 3 headed birds were soaring through the skies, and the wind blew slightly, Pozun... a little Imp who used to be the servent of the chess pieces was lying down on the grass peacefully. Thanks to the work of Team MAR Pozun and others were able to be free and live happy lives.

"Pozun! Hey Pozun!" Pozun opened one eye and then he sat up quickly. He turned to see a friend of his (the same species) running to him and smiled. This lil imp looked just like Pozun. But he was blue and wore a yellow scarf. He went by the name of Koom. Koom smiled at Pozun with glee.

"Hey Pozun wanna go to the hot spring today? Koom asked as he walked around with glee. Pozun shook his head and patted his friends shoulder.

"Ah no thanks I think I'll just hang around here today." Koom nodded with respect and walked off. Pozun smiled and closed his eyes again. He stayed around for a while then he dcided to go to the river for a slash and a drink. He cupped his hand and drank some water. He sighed with happiness as the water was so cool and pure. But Pozun's calm moment was interuppted by a unfamiliar sound to him. It sounded like crying and it was coming from further up the river. Pozun blinked and thought,

"Oh my whats that?" But that didnt stop Pozun he ran in the direction where the sound was coming from. When he arroved there he saw a basket. It was a small basket with something moving inside it,, He went to get a closer look and he couldnt believe his eyes. It was a baby. A small human baby. The baby cried and cried.. it then stop and looked up at Pozun. It showed its baby blue eyes as it looked at him. Pozun still couldnt believe it. But he went up closer to the baby worried that it might be hurt.

"Hey there little fella where did you come from?" said Pozun as he touched the baby's cheek gently. All the sudden the baby squealed excitedly and it cooed with glee. It seemed the baby like Pozun a lot. The baby (whos a boy) put his arms out signaling Pozun to pick him up. Pozun didnt know what to do as he never seen a human baby before. Plus the baby would be kinda big to hold since hes a small species, He took a nervous gulp and slowly picked up the baby from the basket. Pozun looked at the baby in the eyes and the baby looked back. The baby squealed excitedly again and then he smiled again cooing. The baby rested his head on Pozun's chest and giggled. Pozun at this moment couldnt help but smile.
