Sophie: I made it this morning. The duck went in yesterday, as did the chicken used to make the fresh stock for the soup and the gravy. The vegetables are keeping warm on the hearth, the pot's retained heat is keeping the soup, the sorbet and ice cream are in the ice lockers in the cellar (Which reminds me that those both will need to be emptied, dried, and refilled tonight... I'll have Loren aid with it to avoid getting water all across the house...) *turns to Vincent and Lucien* Master and Lucien, are these foods suitable for your tastes tonight? If not, I have prepared four alternate meals of
